Wycombe Square, May 2010.

Wycombe Square, created by St James Homes, is a new garden square in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.  Located in the heart of Kensington, Wycombe Square consists of 19 townhouses and 48 apartments with underground parking and a range of concierge services.

The townhouses are situated around the central square, range in size from 5 to 7 bedrooms.  Some have swimming pools and all come with accommodation suitable for live in staff.

There are two apartment styles – contemporary and traditional.  Number One Wycombe Square is a truly contemporary building housing 27 apartments, including two fabulous penthouses, with breathtaking views.  East and West Lodge are more traditional in style and have 17 and 4 apartments, respectively.

The buildings are almost complete externally and internal completions are from December 2003.
